Enter your name, email address and ZIP code and click “Submit.” Medicare Made Clear will send you links to both guides for you to access in PDF (Portable Document Format). You can also sign up to receive Medicare alerts and updates from Medicare Made Clear.
What can I do with the guides?
Download either or both guides to your computer. Then you can refer to them in their electronic format as you wish. If you need to download them again, the links in your email from Medicare Made Clear will continue to work.
Print out the guides to have paper copies available for your reference.
